CHOICE, Inc. is a team of professionals dedicated to creating partnerships and programs that enrich the lives of people with intellectual disabilites.  We offer a variety of services to this aim. Through individualized planning, case management, job placement, programming, transportation, and community partnerships, individuals receive the tools and support of their choosing to participate fully in their commuties and lead self-determined lives.
